2. No Account, No Login
The App does not require you to create an account or log in.
We do not operate any user registration system and do not authenticate you via email, phone number, social logins, or passwords.

3.1 Information You Provide
To generate a diet plan and track nutrition, the App may ask you to enter the following information:
- Age
- Weight
- Height
- Goal selection (gain weight, lose weight, or maintain weight)
This information is used locally on your device to generate a 1‑month diet plan and to personalize your experience in the App.
3.2 Images You Capture
When you use the camera feature to scan or snap a photo of food, the App processes that image to estimate nutritional information such as calories and macro nutrients.
These images are processed either:
- Directly on your device, and/or
- Via third‑party AI and computer vision APIs (for example, Vertex AI and other computer vision models), for the purpose of recognizing the food and estimating nutritional values.
We do not intend to use these images to identify you personally.
4. How Data Is Stored
All user-specific data (such as age, weight, height, goals, diet plans, and logged meals) is stored locally on your device in the App's storage.
We do not maintain a central user database for this data and do not back it up to our own servers.
If you delete the App or clear its data, the information stored in your device storage will generally be deleted and cannot be recovered by us.
Please note that if images or data are sent to third‑party AI services for processing (for example, to obtain nutritional analysis), those services may temporarily process or log data according to their own policies (see Section 7).
5. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide in the following ways:
- To generate a personalized 1‑month diet plan based on your age, weight, height, and selected goal (gain, lose, or maintain weight).
- To estimate calories, macro nutrients, and other nutritional information from food images.
- To display statistics and history inside the App on your device.
- To improve functionality, user experience, and accuracy of results over time (for example, by adjusting models or algorithms used in the App).
We do not sell your personal information.
6. AI Models, Accuracy, and Disclaimers
The App uses large language models (including the latest Gemini LLM) and computer vision models (including but not limited to Vertex AI APIs and other proprietary/"secret" models) to generate diet plans and to analyze food images.
- Diet plan generation and nutritional analysis are AI‑generated estimates and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
- While our models are designed to be highly accurate (for example, up to an estimated 99% accuracy in many cases), we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy for any output.
- Accuracy may be affected by factors such as image quality, lighting, food presentation, portion size, mixed ingredients, and incomplete or incorrect input data.
7. Third‑Party Services and APIs
To provide AI and computer vision functionality, the App may send data (such as text inputs, metadata, and food images) to third‑party service providers, including but not limited to:
- AI language model providers (for example, Gemini APIs)
- Computer vision and nutrition analysis providers (for example, Vertex AI and similar APIs)
These providers process the data only to deliver functionality requested by the App (e.g., generating diet plans or extracting nutritional information from images).
Each third‑party provider has its own privacy policy and data handling practices, which may include temporary logging, retention for abuse prevention, or model improvement. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third‑party provider used by the App.
We take reasonable steps to ensure that third‑party providers handle your data in accordance with applicable laws and industry standards, but we do not control their independent practices.
